This role calls for a strong generalist with a solid background in organisational design, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Align recruitment and selection with transformation and retention goals
Guide employee reactions, performance management and disciplinary processes
Partner with managers to support organisational design and workforce planning
Coach leaders on HR best practices and legislative compliance
Analyse and respond to HR trends such as turnover and grievance patterns
Drive talent forums, succession planning and onboarding processes
Champion HR project and lead local change initiatives
Monitor HR risks and ensure governance and compliance
Requirements:
Degree or relevant diploma in an HR-related field
Minimum of 3 years’ generalist HR experience
Experience working in a unionised environment
Strong understanding of relevant HR legislation and company policies
Confident advising on IR/ER matters and managing internal recruitment processes
