Job Description
Strategic HRLeadership:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition:Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention oftop talent.
Employee Relations:Foster apositive work environmentthrough effective employee relations programs andconflict resolution.
Performance Management:Implement performance management systems to driveemployee engagementand productivity.
Learning and Development:Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills andcareer development.

Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in aleadershiprole, preferably in the IT consulting industry.
Skills:Strongleadership,communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Additional Information
The position is fulltime WFO at Honeydew.
It could start as a 12-month contract but can be converted to permanent.
