What You’ll Rock:
- Lead the brand glow-up – shape visual identity across product, web, and marketing.
- Design smart, beautiful interfaces – for SaaS tools that real estate pros rely on.
- Champion UX thinking – from research to wireframes to polished UI.
- Mentor and scale – uplift internal or freelance designers and embed design systems.
- Work cross-functionally – collaborate with devs, marketers, and product leads.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in digital / product design with 2+ in a creative leadership role
- A portfolio packed with digital flair : responsive sites, platforms, branding
- You live in Figma, breathe Adobe CC, and speak fluent design / dev language
