BASIC HR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Responsible for processing the full salary function.
Work out accurate wages which includes bonuses, salary increases and paid overtime.
Ensure accurate processing of timesheets.
Collate payroll related information on a monthly basis to ensure salary inputs is correct, such as overtime, terminations, new starters and increases.
Submission of accurate payroll sheets to head office to ensure accurate and timeous payment of wages.
Ensure quick resolution of all payroll queries by employees and line management
Process all leave applications and administer schedules.
Provide support and assistance in the annual audit process.
Assist HR with day to day staff and management queries pertaining to salaries, overtime, etc.
