Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and maintaining cleanliness logs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times while delivering exceptional service
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on hospitality environments preferred
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly desirable to understand guest expectations and service standards
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures consistently
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
