We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to oversee and optimise the performance of our e-commerce platform. This pivotal role is all about ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers, driving revenue growth, and upholding the brand’s premium digital presence ✨.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal functionality, accuracy, and performance across all devices.
· Conduct regular site audits and testing to identify and resolve issues, working closely with developers and third-party platforms to implement technical updates.
· Oversee product content and digital assets, including coordinating photoshoots, sourcing imagery, writing SEO-driven product descriptions, and maintaining an organised digital archive.
· Merchandise the site in line with seasonal campaigns and commercial strategies, curating product categories and ensuring engaging, on-brand presentation across homepage, landing pages, and listings.
· Collaborate with buying, planning, design, and marketing teams to align product launches, availability, and promotional activity across all digital touchpoints.
· Analyse online performance, track key metrics, and share insights to inform stock decisions, promotional strategies, and continuous improvement.
· Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and online promotions, ensuring consistent messaging across web, email, and social platforms.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or consumer retail.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce).
· Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and reporting dashboards.
· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience in coordinating photoshoots and managing digital assets.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
