Group Reservations agent
Must have at least 2 years experience in Groups
Must have Operah cloud
Based in Camps Bay (Must be able to get there)
Handling of phone and email reservations
Excellent customer service and communications
Handling the quoting process
OPERA experience non negotiable
3 years min experience with group reservations duties
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
The company consists of independent hospitality establishments and tourism-related ventures, offering a full spectrum of accommodation across Cape Town, Hermanus, Langebaan, and the Garden Route.
