About the Role
We’re a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business fulfilling orders across our own web store, Nordstrom, Farfetch, and retail channels. Goods-in is our single largest workstream — over 20,000 units received and processed every month — and we’re hiring a Team Lead to own it end to end.
You’ll report to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and lead the daily inbound operation: receiving, checking, processing, and putting away stock so it’s available to pick and ship on time. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll work on the floor alongside a team of warehouse associates while setting the pace, the standard, and the plan for the day.
What You’ll Do
- Own the goods-in workstream: plan and prioritize daily inbound volume against delivery schedules and peak-season demand
- Receive, verify, and process inbound shipments accurately — quantities, quality, and system booking
- Direct and support warehouse associates flexed into goods-in, ensuring productivity and accuracy targets are met
- Keep putaway current so stock is live and pickable for web, marketplace, and retail orders
- Track and report daily throughput, accuracy, and any discrepancies or damages
- Work closely with the returns, marketplace, and retail specialists to keep stock flowing across the operation
- Cross-train in picking, despatch, and returns to support the wider team during absence and peak periods
- Champion safety, housekeeping, and process standards in the inbound area
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity (goods-in/receiving experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to hit throughput and accuracy targets in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Comfortable using a WMS/inventory system for receiving and putaway
- Strong attention to detail — especially with quantity checks and quality inspection
- Able to lead by example: hands-on, organized, and calm under peak-season pressure
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
Nice to have: experience with fashion/apparel product, marketplace fulfillment (e.g., Nordstrom, Farfetch), or multi-channel operations.
