ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED/JAPANESE OR KOREAN LANGUAGE PREFERRED.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greets and services all customers with tee time reservations and buying needs promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Enters sales in Tee Sheet and Point-of-Sale (POS) register system, receives and processes payment for golf and merchandise.
- Receives incoming calls; routes calls appropriately; takes and routes messages as needed.
- Assists with maintenance of Golf Shop; performs all duties related to stocking, restocking , dusting, folding, steam pressing and displaying merchandise.
- Provides routine/standard information to visitors and callers as needed.
- Assists with arranging or displaying new product.
- Prepares merchandise for sale markdowns and physical inventories.
- Performs assigned duties at the retail warehouse to include counting, tagging and transporting merchandise to meet the stock needs of the Golf Shop.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kapolei, HI 96707: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Application Question(s):
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Windows, POS and tee time software
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Retail customer service and cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
