Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This position involves preparing work areas before the installation of plastic utility boxes.
Responsibilities:
Dig and prepare areas before plastic utility box installation.
Complete assigned daily work according to project requirements.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Work as part of a two-person crew.
Schedule:
Full-time position
Monday–Friday
Saturday work may be available
Flexible working hours — you can choose your preferred schedule as long as the required daily workload is completed by the deadline.
Pay:
$225 per day
Performance-based bonuses based on the number of completed jobs
Equipment Provided:
Company truck
Trailer
All necessary tools and equipment
