At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Ontario. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency through material handling, inventory management, and quality control.
Shift patterns
- Friday – Sunday 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rates
- 21.64 USD hourly
Essential requirements for GL Material Handler
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Desirable requirements for GL Material Handler
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
- Inventory counting or quality inspection experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers or containers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
