Growing Cudahy metal fabrication and electrical products manufacturer is hiring General Labor associates. They build modular power systems and custom metal enclosures for data centers nationwide — steady work, real overtime, and a clear path to permanent hire.
No fabrication experience required. If you can read a tape measure and show up ready to work, we’ll get you started.
What you’ll do:

Move and stage sheet metal and parts across the production floor

Deburr, grind, and finish fabricated parts

Assist press brake, punch, and laser operators

Support enclosure and panel assembly
-
Inspect, package, and palletize finished product
What you need:

18 years or older
-
Able to read a tape measure to 1/16″

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand a full shift

Reliable attendance and transportation

Steel or composite toe boots
