Job Summary
MONDAY THRU THRUSDAY JOB ONLY
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with a variety of manual labor tasks. This position supports daily operations by performing physical work, assisting team members, and helping maintain safe and efficient job sites.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including:
- Lifting and moving materials
- Loading and unloading trucks or equipment
- Digging and refilling holes or trenches
- Assisting skilled workers and crews with job tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support team members with daily job site needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–4 years of general labor or related experience
- Ability to perform physical work and follow instructions
Preferred
- Additional technical training or related experience
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting and handling of materials up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in environments that may include noise, dirt, and varying weather conditions
Work Environment
This position involves hands-on labor and physical activity. Employees may work in environments that include outdoor conditions, noise, and exposure to typical construction or industrial job site elements.
