Full-Time Seasonal Holiday Light Installer Jobs in Wheeling, IL at B&B Holiday Decorating Inc.
The Role: This is an outdoor, hands-on seasonal position with the potential to become a permanent, year-round role if you absolutely crush it! You will focus on decorating trees and bushes, keeping you primarily closer to the ground.
- Work mainly from the ground using installation poles.
- Safely set up and work from ladders ranging from 6ft to 15ft.
- Work outdoors in various fall and winter weather conditions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Age: Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Driving: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (required to drive company trucks/vehicles to job sites).
- Reliability: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Physicality: Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders up to 15ft.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Perks: Overtime and bonuses available during peak season, plus the opportunity to stay on the team full-time all year for top performers!
- Hours: 40+ hours a week. During peak season (Sept – Feb), our team works 6 days a week.
