Full-Time Graphic Designer
Location: Johannesburg

About the Role
Cosmetology and Korect are looking for a highly creative, brand-obsessed, and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team. You’ll work alongside our founder and social media coordinator to bring the visual identity of two of SA’s most exciting beauty brands to life — across mailers, website banners, product campaigns, social media ads, and more.
This role is fast-paced, design-intensive, and perfect for someone who thrives on producing daily, high-quality creative work that is always on-trend and digitally sharp.
Key Responsibilities
Design daily mailer banners for email campaigns (EDMs).
Create website banners, homepage graphics, and promo visuals.
Design social media ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns.
Enhance and retouch product photography for e-commerce, social and campaigns.
Design beauty campaign visuals, both static and animated (GIFs, reels support).
Maintain and evolve the visual consistency of the Cosmetology and Korect brands.
Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and photography teams.
Stay up to date with global beauty design trends and apply them proactively.
Contribute to branding of product launches, activations, and digital experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in a graphic design role (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
Formal qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Media.
A strong portfolio that reflects work done for brands with similar aesthetics to Cosmetology and Korect.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, and image retouching.
Familiarity with Figma or Canva Pro for collaborative work a plus.
Experience working with email platforms (like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email).
Ability to work with tight turnaround times and high-volume creative output.
