Roles and responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients
Building and nurturing relationships with clients
Providing guidance that fosters financial freedom and long-term value
Prepare and develop personalised financial plans that meet client goals
Create sustainable solutions for client needs
Implement and execute recommendations
Monitor and manage the financial plan
The ideal candidate needs to have the following attributes:
Possess effective relationship-building skills
Have strong personal and work ethics
Be capable of showingempathy
Have the ability to exhibitcompassion
Have deep listening andcommunication skills
Place client needs first
Possess solid networking skills
Requirements:
2 years + experience
Well-presented and well spoken (meticulous grooming essential)
Excellentcommunication skillsand a professional disposition
Have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Be computer literate and have a good level of technical skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
RE5 is the minimum requirement. A CFP or
B.Com qualification will be an advantage (but not essential)
Have a clear credit record
