Position Information
- Lead and support operational and accounting systems adoption
- Oversee finance functions including accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month‑end processes
- Deliver quality insights to influence business strategy
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain financial integrity through strong controls and continuous improvement
- Engage with funders, regulators, and external stakeholders
- Support treasury funding programmes and due diligence processes
- Monitor financial performance, identify efficiencies, and assess business risks
- Mentor and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior leadership
Skills & Experience
- BCom Honours Degree with completed SAICA articles (CA (SA) preferred)
- Minimum 4 Years Post‑articles Managerial Experience In Commerce
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
