The African Union Development Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Finance Assistant- Grants.
Under the supervision of the Senior Finance Officer- Grants, the Finance Assistant- Grants will provide support to the Grants Management function, within the Finance Division of the AUDA-NEPAD, in managing the grants and contribute to the efficient running of the grants unit in accordance with established African Union grants manual and in line with AU Financial Regulations.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with five (5) years of progressive responsibility in a busy finance office, including at least two (2) years within a busy office in an international or multinational organisation. Experience in working within a non-profit environment and knowledge of non-profit accounting principles.

Remuneration:
An indicative basic salary of US$15,758.00 per annum plus other entitlements such as post adjustment, housing allowance, education allowance and pension (19% of basic salary) among others in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union.
