· Work begins promptly at 6am and ending at 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. (Summer hours are from 6am to 2:30pm to beat the heat!)

Summary
We are currently looking for a Final Finish team member to detail the building and finalize units to quality standards. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems while working independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with soft building set up and take down staging areas.
- Install doors, rain guards, window bars, fixtures, batts, and T-Grid with power tools and other equipment.
- Safely work with a variety of sealants, putty, glues, paints, wood trim, and cabinetry.
- Notify supervisor of any material shortages or damage in a timely mater as not to impede flow of production line.
- Check blueprints for proper materials, measurements, and installation of components
- Follow instructions of supervisor and Quality Control Supervisor to insure properly finished product.
Qualifications:
- Comply with OSHA standards
- Ability to lift and carry objects 75 and over on occasion.
- Consistently reach above and below shoulder level.
- Willingness to trained, take direction, and work in a team with others.
- Can meet our daily schedule and possible overtime when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, use scaffolding and use man lifts to perform work duties.
- Ability to consistently work on low level surface.
