As our Electric Crew Leader, you won’t just work on the system—you’ll help lead the people responsible for keeping Clinton’s power flowing safely and reliably every day.
We’re looking for someone who knows linework, understands safety, can lead a crew, and isn’t afraid to work alongside the team when the job calls for it.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of electric utility crews.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electric distribution systems.
- Assign work and provide hands-on guidance and training to employees.
- Keep safety at the center of every job and every crew.
- Operate bucket trucks, auger trucks, backhoes, trenchers, and other utility equipment.
- Assist with substation monitoring and system troubleshooting.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to get the job done safely and efficiently.
- Respond to outages and electric utility emergencies when needed.
- Perform skilled lineworker duties alongside the crew.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Job-related technical training.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible electric utility experience in the maintenance and repair of electric systems and facilities, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) as required for the position.
- Strong knowledge of electric distribution systems, line construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe work practices.
- The ability to lead, train, and motivate a crew.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions in the field.
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable service.
