Full Job Description
We’re looking for detail-driven Field Stock Controllers to manage and verify stock across multiple locations.
Duties will include tracking stock movements, identifying discrepancies, assisting, and auditing stock takes, and maintaining accurate stock loss reports.
You’ll also work closely with teams in the field to ensure smooth stock control operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and track stock movements across the business.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate stock loss reports.
Oversee and assist with stock takes where and when required.
Conduct inventory audits and ensure compliance with stock control policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Maintain clear and detailed stock control records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
National Senior Certificate (Matric) – Accounting or Mathematics a must.
Qualification in Risk or Stock Management, an advantage.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Attention to detail.
Efficient in Excel.
Willingness to travel outside of normal working hours
Excellent Administrative and Communication Skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of supply chain procedures will be advantageous.
Previous experience in a Retail environment will be advantageous.
Good stock loss policy control track record, non-negotiable
Risk orientated and stock knowledge required.
