In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining customers stairlifts, ramps, scooters, powerwheelchairs and various other medical devices. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and troubleshoot medical devices and related systems at healthcare facilities and private homes.
- Install stairlifts, ceiling hoyer lifts, and vertical platform lifts in private home settings.
- Deliver retail medical equipment to the customer.
- Provide on-site field service support by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installations, system configurations and service reports for compliance and future reference.
Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with experience handling power tools, hand tools, and construction-related tasks.
