Join the team at McAllister Delivery! As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, we’re looking for full-time delivery drivers based out of the Pittsburg, KS terminal, serving Northeast Oklahoma and Southeast Kansas.
We’re looking for dependable drivers who value safety, professionalism, and great customer service. Whether you have prior delivery experience or are just starting out, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What We Offer:
- Consistent full-time schedule (5 days a week, 6 during peak/holiday season)
- Pay: $17.50/hour
- 1 week paid time off after 1 year (accrued until then)
- Health insurance available after 60 days (McAllister Delivery pays 50% of your premium)

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a FedEx delivery truck
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route
- Load/unload, inspect, and operate your vehicle daily
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and route schedules
- Provide excellent customer service while representing McAllister Delivery
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (KS/OK license acceptable; MO applicants need Class E before start date)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screen (including marijuana/THC)
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions

- This position does not pay overtime. If you work more than 40 hours in a week, you will be paid your regular hourly wage (straight time) for all hours worked. Are you still interested in the position?
- Can you pass an initial drug screen and then random drug screens throughout the year? (Includes THC, marijuana)
- Can you pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle review (meaning no felonies in any state, no excessive speeding tickets, no DWI/DUI)?
