The role of Production Manager is available for a professional who is experienced in determining programs to increase crop health and yield.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Agriculture
3-6 years’ experience Husbandry, production roles
Advanced MS word & Reporting skills
Fluency in English and Afrikaans, Xhosa will be a bonus
Own Transport and Drivers
KPI’s:
Determine, develop & implement the growing programs required for an optimal yield of Soil produced crops:
Soil Nutrition
Fertigation
IPM
Plant Health
Staff Management
Bonus: Experience related to the following crops is preferred: Ground vegetables, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, table grapes.
