A family-owned farm in Fairview, Illinois, is seeking a dependable and responsible individual, who is willing to live on-site and assist with farm related duties.
The position pays $15.00 per hour, in addition to housing and utilities provided at no cost. The employee (and any other household members) will be provided residence in a well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on the farm.
Responsibilities
The individual will report to the Farm Manager. Farm and property responsibilities will be clearly defined in advance and may vary seasonally.
Duties may include:
- Light farm upkeep
- Basic property maintenance
- General assistance around the farm
- Seasonal outdoor tasks
- Helping maintain the property and surrounding areas
- Other reasonable farm-related duties as assigned
