External Sales Representative Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at Mayfly Agri (Pty) Ltd
Must have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
Minimum 5 years sales experience within the steel industry
Experience in dealings with flat steel would be advantageous
Excellent reporting skills and communication skills with customers
Must be self-driven and motivated
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively whilst under pressure
Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Working through specific targeted areas with a focused approach on identifying viable leads and opening new accounts.
Performing online research to generate new leads.
Reporting on activities and continually engaging in follow-ups.
Identifying opportunities for company growth.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with new clients.
Providing customers with information on current and incoming stock.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and pricing.
Analyzing and sharing information related to the market, competition, pricing, and all other developments within the steel sector.
