Windows & Doors By Brownell is hiring an experienced carpenter to lead a small crew on residential window and door remodeling projects throughout the greater Williston area. You’ll run the jobsite and build quality work while our field supervisors and office team handle scheduling, customer issues, and project administration. Show up, lead your crew, do great work, and go home.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of 1–2 carpenters on residential window and door-centric remodel projects.
- Install windows, doors, interior and exterior trim, and complete occasional structural modifications.
- Keep jobs safe, organized, and on schedule.
- Train and support crew members while ensuring quality workmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience.
- Experience leading a crew or mentoring others.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
