Experienced Auto Mechanic & Front Desk Assistant – $40–$50/hr
We are looking for an experienced Auto Mechanic & Front Desk Assistant to join our auto repair shop.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong automotive repair experience and is also comfortable helping customers and assisting with front desk duties.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles
- Perform brakes, suspension, engine, cooling system, electrical, and general repairs
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Explain recommended repairs to customers
- Help prepare estimates and invoices
- Communicate with customers about repair status
- Assist with ordering parts and keeping jobs organized
Requirements:
- 10+ years automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Own basic mechanic tools preferred
Pay: $40–$50/hour depending on experience and ability.
