Hallmark Homecare is expanding our private caregiver registry throughout Idaho Falls and Eastern Idaho. We are looking for experienced caregivers with morning, evening, overnight, weekend, respite, hospice, dementia, live-in, and flexible availability.

We are looking for caregivers who have:
- Five or more years of professional caregiving experience
- The ability to confidently assist with all ADLs and IADLs
- Strong personal care, transfer, mobility, and fall-prevention skills
- Three verifiable professional references from former managers or supervisors
- The ability to pass a national background check
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable communication and professional boundaries
- Genuine compassion for seniors, Veterans, individuals with disabilities, and families navigating difficult seasons
Experience with hospice, dementia, end-of-life care, respite, CNA-level needs, assisted living, home care, or hospital-to-home support is highly valued.
How Hallmark works:
Hallmark recruits, carefully screens, and introduces qualified caregivers to private families. You choose which opportunities you want to consider. The family meets the available candidates, selects the caregiver who feels right, and hires that caregiver directly.
This is not about filling a shift with the first available person. It is about creating the right long-term match between an exceptional caregiver and a family who will genuinely value them.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 60.0 per week
