Machine Adjuster Trainee – Hiring Now

Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast-paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates with relevant experience.
Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability.
Pay & Schedule
* 19.77/hr – 21.78/hr + $0.25/hr 3rd shift premium (11pm – 7am)
*1st shift: 7am – 3pm / * 2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm
* Availability to train on any shift
* Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
What You’ll Do
* Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
* Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
* Monitor quality and machine performance
* Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures
What You Need
* 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Basic math and computer skills
* Reliable and eager to learn
Physical Requirements
* Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
* Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
* Ability to work in various temperatures in a manufacturing environment
