Crush City Innovation is growing our Houston team and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant position. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based out of our Houston, TX office for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and professional communication.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members learn our campaigns, develop stronger communication skills, and gain confidence working directly with customers.
As a Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will work alongside our team to support customer-focused marketing and sales campaigns, increase client brand awareness, and create positive customer experiences.
Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Support daily marketing and sales campaigns
- Communicate with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
- Introduce customers to client products, services, and current promotions
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about available options
- Assist with new customer enrollment and account-related needs
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Work alongside the sales and marketing team to achieve campaign goals
- Maintain knowledge of client services, promotions, and campaign updates
- Participate in ongoing marketing, sales, and customer service training

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to work a full-time, on-site schedule
- Reliable transportation to our Houston office
- Sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
