Imports Traffic Executive
- Works directly with clients to obtain missing documentation (Invoices, NAFTAs), information and/or instructions.
- Have knowledge of Pedimentos A1, IN, AF, BA, (Temporary), Remesas, etc.
- Generate & Verify DODA & Warehouse Loading Orders.
- Have knowledge of SED Shippers Export Declarations.
- Be familiar with the terminology of shippers / in-bonds.
- Basic criteria of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (Clasificacion Arancelaria).
- Knowledge of proper Modes of Transportation for each shipment or customer needs.
- Builds and maintains direct relationship with the client and provides day to day contact and support.
- Prioritize and complete work according to client demands, customs requirements and company standards for release conditions and ensures compliance.
- Create and proactively maintain the client tariff database, ensuring all associated system maintenance files/information are accurate and current in order to take advantage of data defaults for accurate quality output and one-step processing. Updates information as necessary.
- Proactively verifies documentation
- Preferred experience in customer service.

- Oral and written English & Spanish.

Job Type:
- Full time (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM).
- Schedule: Availability to work weekends & Holidays as needed.
- Language: Spanish / English.
- 2+ year experience.
