We’re hiring an Entry Level Business Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, competitive, organized, and interested in developing experience in customer relations, sales, and business operations.
Spanish is needed for this position. Perfect fluency is not required, but you should be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking customers in a professional setting.
No previous business or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our clients while working directly with customers
- Assist customers with products, services, and account questions
- Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support daily sales and customer acquisition goals
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Work alongside team members to improve overall performance
- Develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and business operations
