This position will report to the Embroidery Department Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate embroidery machines efficiently and safely to meet production goals.
· Set up machines with correct threads, designs, and order specifications.
· Verify style numbers, thread colors, placement, and orientation for accuracy.
· Perform basic troubleshooting and hands-on technical adjustments to minimize downtime.
· Monitor embroidery quality throughout production to ensure customer standards are met.
· Address thread breaks, bobbin changes, and machine issues promptly.
· Record accurate production and quality information on production sheets and systems.
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
· Always follow standard work procedures and safety guidelines.
· Communicate equipment or production concerns to supervisors.
· Support other departmental operations as required.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of previous experience operating industrial embroidery machinery.
· Ability to set-up and troubleshoot machinery.
· Read and understand English production paperwork.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
· Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
