Electrical Service Manager

Vista Universal, Inc., a statewide lighting and electrical services contractor proudly serving California since 1972, is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to join our Hayward team. This position supports customers throughout the Greater Bay Area and requires a dependable, skilled Manager who can lead our field service team of lighting and electrical technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Service Department and assist with supervising minor projects
- Schedule daily service calls for technicians
- Manage field operations
- Troubleshoot and repair complex lighting and electrical service calls and installs
- Perform site visits and provide quotes
- Provide ongoing training to new hires and current technicians
- Run electrical service calls
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous electrical and lighting service experience is required.
- Flexible availability — day, night, weekend, and on‑call work as needed
- Previous Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform occasional out‑of‑town and overnight work (required)
- Clean driving record with current DMV printout (last 3 years) — mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team‑leader mindset
- Must have personal hand tools and electric power tools
- This is not an entry level position.

- Job requires reporting to Shop in Hayward daily.
