Regionally owned and operated window cleaning company with 4 locations, serving the area for 4 years. We sell recurring window cleaning contracts door-to-door, and we’re hiring driven sales reps who can handle rejection and keep knocking. This is a straight commission role — no cap on what you can earn.
Pay
- 100% commission-based, paid out weekly
- 30% commission on every contract you sell
- Paid again on the back end every time a contracted service re-occurs (e.g., a quarterly contract pays you 4x/year, once per completed cleaning)
- Contracts typically run $1,000–$2,000; top reps close multiple a day once trained
- Long-term reps can build a team under them and earn 5–10% override on their reps’ sales

Training
Hands-on field training before you’re running your own route — the first stretch is the hardest part, but it gets easier fast.
What is needed?
We’re looking for people with real grit — the kind who can get told no ten times in a row and still knock the next door with full energy, because they know the next one might be the sale. This isn’t a job you walk into and master on day one: training is hands-on and intensive, and the first stretch is genuinely the hardest part. But once you’re through it, you’ll be closing $1,000–$2,000 contracts multiple times a day, earning 30% on every one. Stick with it long enough, and you’ll have the chance to build a team of reps under you — turning your hustle into ongoing, passive income. You’ll need to be 18–25, reliable, clean-cut, and well-presented, with your own car to get to knocking areas and get around throughout the day.
Schedule
- Minimum 3–4 days/week, 10–20 hours/week- or as long as you like (post-training)
- Route assignments given 1 week in advance
- Flexible scheduling as long as you hit minimum hours and revenue targets
