Position Overview
Ebai’s Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead. You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs organized, productive, safe, and completed to our quality standards.
Our work includes landscape maintenance, cleanups, grading, retaining walls, planting, sod, irrigation, and landscape renovations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape crew
- Assign daily tasks and keep the crew productive
- Keep projects on schedule and within labor hours
- Perform and oversee landscape maintenance and construction
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, mini excavators, and other equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain quality control on every job
- Complete daily job photos and documentation
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow and enforce company safety standards
- Train and support newer team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience preferred
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with landscape maintenance and construction
- Knowledge of grading, retaining walls, planting, sod, irrigation, and property maintenance
- Comfortable operating landscape equipment and towing trailers
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
