About Us
Cavendish & London Property Group is a UK property development and regeneration company. We create exceptional places and are building one of the UK’s leading property brands.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post on social media – we need someone who can generate leads, build campaigns and take ownership of our entire marketing function.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Creating high-converting landing pages
- Updating and maintaining our WordPress websites
- Planning and sending consistent email marketing campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok & LinkedIn)
- Writing marketing copy, blogs and website content
- Supporting CEO’s personal brand
- Tracking campaign performance and reporting results
- Taking ownership of marketing projects from idea to completion
- Work with company KPI’s
Essential Skills
You must have experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Landing page creation
- WordPress
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or similar)
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
- Google Analytics
- Excellent written English
Property marketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
