Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Experienced Paving Personnel to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality paving projects, including Asphalt, Stone, Seal Coating Striping, and Asphalt Milling. Your expertise in operating paving equipment, maintaining construction machinery, is a must.
Responsibilities
- Operate paving equipment such as screeds, asphalt pavers, rollers, excavators, skid steers.
- Prepare surfaces , and surface grading to ensure proper paving conditions.
- Maintain and perform routine inspections on construction machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with working with bituminous materials.
- Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in operating commercial vehicles safely on construction sites. Is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
- Prior experience in asphalt paving is necessary.
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
