The Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, results-oriented Marketing Executive to take ownership of our company’s marketing strategy and execution. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for increasing brand visibility, acquiring new customers, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The right candidate will combine strategic insight with strong analytical skills, demonstrate proven success in digital marketing and brand development. Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and vision.
• Brand Development: Manage brand identity
• Customer Relationship Management and managing a CRM system.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, content production & marketing, social media, LinkedIn Navigator and email outreach campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis: Use market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategies.
• Performance & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs and ROI; adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new opportunities with business development teams.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-informed approach.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Hardware & Technical Requirements
• A computer with Windows 11 Pro, at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent), and 8GB RAM (no older than 3 years).
• Noise-cancelling headphones.
• Antivirus software installed and regularly updated.
• A UPS, backup battery, or alternative power source to manage outages.
• Fibre internet or equivalent with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
