STANLIB, one of South Africa’s leading asset management firms, which is part of the Standard Bank Group, is looking to fill the position of Digital Communications Specialist.
We are looking for someone with strong written and verbalcommunicationabilities, a deep understanding of various digital channels and platforms, and the ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored for online audiences. You should also have 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and analytics, along with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
Key skills required
Basic understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital channels.
Proficiency in managing and optimising social media profiles, creating engaging posts, and analysing performance metrics to improve engagement.
The ability to produce high-quality visual content tailored for various digital platforms, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Experience in producing and editing video content for platforms like You Tube and Linked In.
Basic ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance, measure the effectiveness of digital content, and inform future strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas [NQF Level 07] in Marketing
The role is being offered in STANLIB’s Marketing team, based in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, and we would prefer you to start as soon as possible.
