Mint Eco Car Wash & Detail Center is opening a brand-new location in the Northlake/Avenir area, and we’re looking for motivated, hardworking people who take pride in making vehicles look their absolute best.
We’re looking for Detail Technicians who want more than just a job. This is an opportunity to learn professional detailing, develop your skills and grow with a new location.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Vacuum and thoroughly clean interiors
- Clean dashboards, consoles, doors, seats and carpets
- Shampoo/extract carpets and upholstery
- Remove stains, dirt and pet hair
- Clean and protect leather and vinyl
- Clean wheels, tires and exterior surfaces
- Hand dry vehicles using proper microfiber techniques
- Apply wax, sealants and protection products
- Perform final quality inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Deliver a great customer experience every time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience is a PLUS — but we will train the right person.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in their work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Works well with a team
- Is dependable and punctual
- Can work at a good pace without sacrificing quality
- Is comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather
- Has a positive attitude
- Wants to learn and grow
Automotive detailing, car wash, dealership reconditioning, auto-body or similar experience is preferred.
WHAT YOU GET
