Job Overview
Assist the driver and/or assistant driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer’s defined expectations and/or requirements. Manual product handling is required. A detailed job description is available upon request.
Requirements
- A valid current and clean (within company standards) Class D or higher driver’s license.
- Must agree to company-provided CDL Class A training and be willing to drive a delivery tractor/trailer upon licensure. The expectation is to obtain a Class A license with 4 months of hire. There is a wage increase upon obtaining a Class A license.
- Ability to obtain a medical examiners certificate with the CDL Class A license.
- Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 lbs., up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart.
- Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English as to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
- Ability to work independently or as a team in a productive manner.
- Ability to get to work on time and complete required work before leaving.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, strength test and drug screen (THC/CBD/cannabis included).
- Age 18+ required.
- Ability to do basic math computations and accurately process paperwork.
- Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and co-workers.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
