Delivery Associate – Package Delivery
Location: 151 Taylor Street, Littleton, MA 01460
Shift: Starting around 10:30 AM | Approximately 8–10 hours per day

About the Role
Join our dynamic delivery team as a Delivery Associate and play an important role in getting packages safely and efficiently to customers’ doorsteps.
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where safety, reliability, efficiency, and excellent customer service are our top priorities. You’ll be responsible for operating delivery vehicles, handling packages, following assigned routes, and providing a professional experience to customers.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary
- Follow assigned routes and deliver packages accurately and on schedule
- Safely handle and move packages, including heavier items
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery
- Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delivery issues, or other concerns
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the workday
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check and required drug and alcohol screening
- Previous commercial driving, delivery, courier, or warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable loading, unloading, and handling packages
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and manual package handling
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with navigation tools, delivery routes, and traffic regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload packages throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and remain active for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
