Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their wireless product selections and service needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase device features, plans, and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales performance
- Operate cash registers accurately handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, inviting, and well-merchandised
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Assist with inventory management including stocking products and participating in periodic stock counts
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Experience with retail math, merchandising, and basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team collaboration roles
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge including mobile devices, accessories, plans, and related services
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is beneficial but not required
