Customer Service/Operational:
Pre-Order:
SAP Systems readiness
Forecast and Planning
Importation documentation process
Inventory management
Customer Credit status
Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade
Customer Queries
Order process (ex-stock & indent):
Covering the full Order 2 Cash process
Post Order:
General, including project implementation
Inventory Management
Overdue collection.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in working in Customer Service, in a chemical or similar environment
Prior SAP experience, or very strong ERP experience in order-processing is a must.
Proven initiative and being able to work pro-actively and independently, is a must
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, whilst being able to work independently
Ability to understand the customer needs.
Ability to apply business acumen to all elements of the job
Experience in processing SSA import shipments is preferred.
Good team player
Willing to learn many new tasks and develop minimum technical knowledge of the product line.
Meticulous, organized, attention to detail, and possesses positive attitude.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
Ability to handle stressful situations is a must
Basic knowledge of Credit Management, Overdue collection and other basic financial elements
