Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative
Location: 225 S 11th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Position Overview
This is a full-time, customer-focused call center role. As a Call Center Representative, you will communicate with homeowners by phone, provide exceptional customer service, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
You will handle both inbound calls from interested homeowners and outbound calls to follow up with potential customers. Your goal is to create a positive customer experience, gather accurate information, and connect homeowners with our design consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist homeowners with questions
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Provide professional and friendly customer service over the phone
- Gather and update customer information accurately
- Document customer interactions in company systems
- Meet appointment-setting and customer service goals
