## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services, customer follow-up.
## Responsibilities
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Upsell services to customers when appropriate
– Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or orders
– Maintain customer records and update account information
## Qualifications
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems ability to use maps to dispatch.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
– Multilingual abilities are a bonus for assisting diverse customers
