Bartender
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our Old Parks Sports Club team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and relevant knowledge of POS (point of sales) systems.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure drinks are served promptly and engage in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure that the bar is stocked appropriately and on time for opening hours throughout the day.
- Managing stock and provide regular and accurate issues.
- Accounting for all transactions on the POS system and cash.
- Conduct weekly stocktake and bar stock.
- Assist in clearing tables, wash glasses etc.
- Paying attention to sanitising requirements.
- Carry out private functions assigned to you by the Hostess or Head Barman.
- Ensure all orders are processed on the POS system.
- Show a thorough knowledge of activities at the Sports Club and assist with queries.
- Assist with any duties related to the bar as directed by the Hostess or Head Barman
Requirements:
- POS system knowledge.
- Willing and able to work during Public Holidays, Weekends and long hours.
- Able to work shifts and allocated hours
- Ensure that the rules and regulations of the club are adhered to.
- Must reside near the Club
