What You’ll Be Doing as a Composite Technician:
- Use of pattern cutting table safely and appropriately.
- Follow documented work instructions for layup procedures and process (do not vary from approved process).
- Demolding and deflashing.
- Report scrap to supervisor when needed.
- Maintain and service of equipment and molds regularly and when needed.
- Work stations cleaned and organized daily.
- Mix and pour silicon molds.
- Prep and fill stock seams when needed.
- Maintain foam machine as needed.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Composite Technician:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-pressure environment.
- 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
